Returns

Fabbri Boutiques wants the customer to be satisfied. So when there should be problems with the order, the customer can return one or more purchased items within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order and request a refund or a change of size.

All products purchased on fabbriboutiques.com are equipped with an identification tag. We therefore invite the customer to try the product without removing the tag so that it can be returned intact.

Fabbri Boutiques srl reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorised, shipped late or damaged.

For products purchased on fabbriboutiques.com, the return is charged to the customer and the cost is 10€ (if shipping to Italy), alternatively the customer can send the return taking care of the shipping, he will still have to notify it via email to eshop@fabbriboutiques.com and wait for the return to be accepted.

FABBRI BOUTIQUES SRL will refund the price paid by the Customer corresponding to the value of the Product(s) purchased, but not the shipping costs.


The return in four steps

  • make sure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received, complete with the identification tag and packaging;

  • submit a return request by email to eshop@fabbriboutiques.com  ;by entering the order number, accurately specifying what you wish to return (article code) and the reason;

  • if the return is accepted, the return authorization and pre-printed label to be applied to the original box will arrive by e-mail in order to cover the forwarding label;

  • Fabbri Boutiques srl will directly contact the courier for collection by communicating the customer's address and contact details.

Methods and terms of reimbursement

The refund takes place after receiving the return from our warehouse and following related checks. Verification of product integrity can take up to 5 working days.


The repayment times are:

  • for purchases by credit card within 5 working days of warehouse confirmation. The time for the refund to appear in the account may vary according to your institution;

  • for cash on delivery purchases, the refund is made to the current account indicated by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of stock confirmation. The refunded amount will be visible on your account statement in a few days.

  • for purchases with Scalapay, the refund is made to the credit card associated with the customer's Scalapay account. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of stock confirmation.

  • The Products must be accompanied by the receipt and the notification of withdrawal already sent with the indication of the Order number, name, surname and address of the Customer ;

  • the Products must be returned correctly packed in their original packaging, undamaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with all accessories;

  • the Products must not show obvious signs of use, except those compatible with a normal test of the item (they must not be dirty or bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not must be in such a state that they cannot be resold).

The withdrawal may also apply limitedly to individual Products forming the subject of a single purchase contract, it being understood that the withdrawal applies to the Product in its entirety and that is, the Customer will not be able to exercise the withdrawal limited to a part of the single Purchased product.

The only expenses payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), are the direct costs of returning the Product(s) to FABBRI BOUTIQUES SRL.

If the returned Product is damaged during transport, FABBRI BOUTIQUES SRL will only be required to notify the Customer of the incident in order to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him, such as against or the related insurance company ) to retaliate.

The products purchased are not replaced with a different size or color: if the Customer decides to change the size or color, he will return it according to the methods described above: consequently he will receive a refund of the value of the Product purchased and, if deemed appropriate, he will a new order with a different size or color from the previous order.
